Since February 1st Georgia opened its border to foreign guests!

Below you can see the new rules for international travelers.

- When coming to Georgia foreign visitors must present at the border a document that proves that he/she underwent a complete course of coronavirus vaccination. 
- Exception: Non-vaccinated visitors, who are nationals or residents of the EU, Israel, Switzerland, the U.S, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain will not need to self-isolate. Upon entry to Georgia, including through transit, they will have to provide a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before their arrival and then take a second PCR test at their own expense, on the third day from their arrival. With rule that travelers have not visited the UK or Ireland in the last 14 days. A special form must be completed before arriving in Georgia: https://stopcov.ge/en/Protocol . All other countries which currently are not listed here, may only enter with documents proving the full vaccination course.
- Citizens of all foreign countries who are vaccinated will be able to enter Georgia.
- Land borders remain closed. These rules apply only to air traffic.

- Flights at the time of Corona
International flights will resume in Georgia starting February 1st and all airline companies that have already operated or plan to enter the country's aviation market in the future will be able to operate regular flights.

- Transportation within Georgia at the time of Corona
Buses and trains run on an adjusted schedule. However, the usual rules (distance, face masks, hygiene) are observed.

- Sightseeing during the period of Corona
